This time our work is a bit different than usual. For an Australian client in cooperation with the accredited TLO Opava laboratory (CZ) we carried out a bench testing of the already operated powered roof support. The testing was aimed at estimating the degree of wear of the support and the possibility of its further use. The support has undergone over 50000 cycles of testing.

Today is the day! We have finished our first project which was fully realized for the domestic market in China. We hope this is only an introduction to the further fruitful cooperation.

We are happy to inform that our company has been selected to carry out the control and inspection of the production quality of FRS-GLINIK 15/35 2х5278 powered roof supports. We are happy to announce that on August 21, 2020, we successfully completed audit works regarding prototype support cycle test at the independent testing center TLO Opava as a part of project realization for OOO “Anzherskaya – Yuzhnaya”.

A few weeks ago we had a chance to conduct the inspection of the 4LS20 type longwall shearer by Joy Global Poland Sp. z o.o. for one of the largest Polish coal manufacturers – Lubelski Węgiel BOGDANKA S.A. Despite the high complexity of the audit, we managed to handle this task successfully in a very short period of time. We have gained another interesting experience.

Last week we completed one of the currently conducted technical audits of powered roof supports production. Last batches of the equipment are leaving the manufacturer’s facility.
